{¶1} This timely appeal comes for consideration upon the trial court record and the parties' briefs. Defendant-Appellant, Tremaine Williams, appeals the decision of the Youngstown Municipal Court convicting him of one count of domestic violence pursuant to R.C. 2919.25(A) and sentencing him accordingly.
