{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Scott Lawson appeals from his conviction and sentence for Aggravated Burglary. Lawson argues that the trial court erred in allowing the State to introduce evidence of his prior felony convictions, and in failing to instruct the jury on the lesser-included offense of Criminal Trespass.
