{¶ 1} Appellant Lamar Tukes appeals his convictions and assigns the following errors for our review:
"I. The trial court erred by denying Appellant's motion for acquittal pursuant to Crim.R. 29 when the evidence was insufficient to sustain Appellant's convictions.""II. Appellant's convictions are against the manifest weight of the evidence."
