{¶ 1} Reginald Young has filed a timely application for reopening pursuant to App.R. 26(B). Young is attempting to reopen the appellate judgment, as rendered in State v. Young, Cuyahoga App. No. 92127, 2009-Ohio-5354, which affirmed his conviction for the offenses of rape and gross sexual imposition. For the following reasons, we decline to reopen Young's appeal.
