{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Ernst & Young, L.L.P., appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in which that court denied appellant's motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, to stay and compel arbitration in this action brought by plaintiff-appellee, Mary Jo Hudson, in her capacity as liquidator of the American Chambers Life Insurance Company.
