{¶1} Joseph Peoples appeals from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, sentencing him, upon a jury verdict, to concurrent, six year terms of imprisonment for possession of cocaine and trafficking in cocaine. On this delayed appeal, App.R. 26(B)(5), Mr. Peoples argues appellate counsel was ineffective for failing to challenge the sufficiency of the evidence whereby he was convicted. We disagree...
