FAIN, J.
{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Aaron Hale appeals from his conviction and sentence on sixteen counts of Pandering Obscenity Involving a Minor. Following the trial court's decision on Hale's motion to suppress, Hale pled no contest to all charges, and was sentenced to five years of community control sanctions, including intensive sex-offender supervision. He was also designated a Tier II Sex Offender.
