OPINION
FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} The Appellant was found guilty of the minor misdemeanor charge of dog running at large and the first degree misdemeanor charge of dangerous or vicious dog running at large in violation of the Urbana City Ordinances. Appellant was fined, jail time was suspended, and the defendant was placed on probation with various conditions including the euthanasia of one of the dogs.
