{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Ronald Sansom, filed September 10, 2009. On June 14, 2007, Sansom was indicted on one count of operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or a drug of abuse, in violation of R.C. 4511.19(A)(1)(a)(G)(1)(d), a felony of the fourth degree, with a specification that within 20 years of committing the offense he had been convicted...
