("relator"), filed this action seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order granting the June 5, 2008 motion for payment of a fee bill for a September 22, 1998 office visit filed by the claimant, Timothy Mathews ("claimant").1
