{¶1} Defendant-appellant Linda Olsavsky appeals the decision of Mahoning County Court No. 5 denying her motion to vacate the July 27, 2007 default judgment issued against her. Three issues are raised in this appeal: 1) whether Olsavsky was properly served with the complaint, 2) whether the trial court abused its discretion in denying Olsavsky's Civ.R. 60(B) motion, and 3) whether the trial court erred when it permitted...
