Dowdell, was indicted on three counts of trafficking in cocaine, felonies of the fifth degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.03(A)(1)(C)(4)(a), one count of trafficking in counterfeit controlled substances, a felony of the fifth degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.37(B), and one count of possession of cocaine, a felony of the first degree, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A)(C)(4(e).
