{¶ 1} Appellant, Rite Aid of Ohio, Inc. ("Rite Aid"), appeals a judgment, journalized on June 3, 2009, of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas. The judgment granted a motion for summary judgment of appellee, Monroe/Laskey Limited Partnership, LLC ("Monroe/Laskey"), on liability in an action for damages based upon claimed breach of contract and unjust enrichment.
