OPINION
FROELICH, J.
{¶ 1} JaJuan W. Olden pled no contest to possession of cocaine (powder) in an amount less than five grams after the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruled his motion to suppress evidence. The court found him guilty and sentenced him to community control. Olden appeals the denial of his motion to suppress. For the following reasons, the trial court's judgment will be affirmed.
