DECISION AND JUDGMENT

PIETRYKOWSKI, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Julius McDonald, appeals the May 9, 2008 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following a jury trial convicting him of possession of crack cocaine, sentenced appellant to 15 months in prison. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
