DONOFRIO, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant William Haschenburger appeals the decision of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court denying his postconviction relief petition.

{¶2} Haschenburger was arrested for raping an underage teenage girl multiple times from 2000-2003. The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted Haschenburger on ten counts of rape in violation of R.C. 2907.02(A)(2). Haschenburger pleaded not guilty...
