OPINION

DIANE V. GRENDELL, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Edward D. Scandreth, appeals his conviction of Using Weapons While Intoxicated, following a jury trial in Trumbull County Eastern District Court. Edward was sentenced to 180 days in jail, with 180 days suspended, fined $1,000, with $750 suspended, and ordered to pay $792 in court costs. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
