FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} 1) On December 9, 2007, at approximately 6:53 p.m., plaintiff, Barbara L. Paplaczyk, was traveling east on State Route 435 at milepost 1 in Fayette County, when her 2003 Hyundai Elantra struck a pothole causing tire and wheel damage to the vehicle.
