FINDINGS OF FACT

{¶ 1} "1) On July 31, 2008, at approximately 3:00 p.m., plaintiff, Caryl McCormick, was traveling south on Interstate 71 near milemarker 209.20 through a construction zone when her 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser struck a large pothole causing rim damage to the vehicle.
