DECISION AND JUDGMENT

OSOWIK, J.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the Sandusky County Court, District 1, which found appellant guilty of one misdemeanor count of unlawfully shooting deer from a roadway, in violation of R.C. 1531.02. For the reasons set forth below, this court affirms the judgment of the trial court.

Appellant, Shannon Wood, sets forth the following sole assignment of error:
