Zachery, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty, pursuant to a jury trial, of murder with a firearm specification in violation of R.C. 2903.02 and 2941.145, carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C. 2923.12, and illegal possession of a firearm in a liquor permit premises in violation of R.C. 2923.121.
