OPINION

FRENCH, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, William R. Hague, Inc. ("Hague"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Rodney W. Lippolt ("Lippolt"), regarding Lippolt's entitlement to participate in the Ohio Workers' Compensation Fund. For the following reasons, we affirm.
