The order granted the plaintiff's motion for leave to reargue its opposition to that branch of the defendant's prior motion which was pursuant to CPLR 5015(a)(1) to vacate an order of the same court entered December 11, 2020, which had been granted in an order of the same court dated July 13, 2022...
