In an action to foreclose a mortgage, the defendant Rami Laor appeals, and nonparty Pale Horse Realty, LLC, as successor in interest to the defendant National City Bank, separately appeals, from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Mark I. Partnow, J.), both dated December 10, 2020. The orders, insofar as appealed from by the defendant Rami Laor, granted those branches of the plaintiff's motion which were to vacate an order of the same court (Sylvia G. Ash, J.)...
