Appeal from a decision of the Workers' Compensation Board, filed April 6, 2022, which ruled that decedent's death was causally-related to his employment.

Claimant's husband (hereinafter decedent), a highway maintenance crew leader, underwent spinal fusion surgery in May 2018 and remained out of work until January 14, 2019.
