Holder, J.), rendered September 28, 2017, convicting him of assault on a police officer, reckless endangerment in the second degree, and reckless driving, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence, and (2) a judgment of the same court rendered January 31, 2019, convicting him of attempted assault in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
