In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud and unjust enrichment, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County (Andrew A. Crecca, J.), dated May 10, 2021. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied that branch of the plaintiff's motion which was for leave to renew that branch of her prior motion which was pursuant to CPLR 3124 to compel the defendant to comply with certain discovery demands, which had been denied without prejudice...
