Goldberg, J.), rendered September 18, 2014, convicting him of criminal sexual act in the first degree, rape in the first degree, burglary in the second degree as a sexually motivated felony, and sexual abuse in the first degree (two counts), upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentences upon his adjudication as a persistent violent felony offender.
