Crane, J.), entered April 8, 2022, which, to the extent appealed from as limited by the briefs, denied the petition to annul the July 20, 2020 determination of respondents (OCME) finding that the cause of death of petitioner's patient was homicide due to extreme medical negligence, and dismissed this proceeding brought pursuant to CPLR article 78, unanimously affirmed, without costs.
