In an action for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Joseph J. Esposito, J.), entered June 14, 2019. The order, insofar as appealed from, denied that branch of the plaintiff's motion whith was for the appointment of a receiver to effectuate the conveyance of the subject property to the plaintiff.

Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs...
