In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice and breach of fiduciary duty, the defendants Jay Lau and Lau & Associates, P.C., appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Leonard Livote, J.), entered July 12, 2019. The order denied those defendants' motion pursuant to CPLR 3211(a) to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against them.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs...
