Sturim, J.), rendered August 29, 2018, convicting him of attempted murder in the second degree, attempted assault in the first degree (two counts), criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), aggravated criminal contempt, and endangering the welfare of a child, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
