In March 2017, the parties entered into an agreement regarding arrangements for defendant's private equity conference from January 28, 2018, to February 1, 2018, at plaintiff's Four Seasons Hotel in Miami, Florida. The agreement involved reservation of 350 hotel nights, rental of conference facilities and the purchase of food and beverages.
