Plaintiff, a maintenance worker at John F. Kennedy International Airport, alleges that she was physically assaulted by nonparty Billy Miles, an employee of defendant American Airlines. There is no dispute that plaintiff and Miles had some sort of confrontation in a bathroom located in the airport's Hangar 10, which plaintiff was in the process of cleaning.
