On March 29, 2013, the plaintiff allegedly was injured while playing in a children's play area located within Broadway Mall in Hicksville. The plaintiff, who was with his mother, stood at the top of a train-shaped slide when another child pushed the plaintiff from behind, causing him to fall from the slide.
