OPINION OF THE COURT

MEMORANDUM.

Ordered that the judgment of conviction is affirmed.

Defendant was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree (Penal Law § 220.03). The accusatory instrument, executed and sworn to by a police officer, alleged the following:

"Deponent states that he is informed by [another p]olice [o]fficer . . . that [on or about January 17, 2014, between 4:10 p.m...
