The decedent was killed as a result of an accident that occurred on Queens Boulevard in the vicinity of the entry ramp from the Van Wyck Expressway. At the time of the accident, there was a construction project encompassing the ramp and the surrounding area. The decedent's brother, as the administrator of the decedent's estate, commenced this action against, among others, the defendant E.C.C...
