In this mortgage foreclosure action, the defendant Marie Nemorin (hereinafter the defendant) moved, in effect, pursuant to CPLR 5015 (a) (4) to vacate a judgment of foreclosure and sale entered August 12, 2010, and to dismiss the complaint insofar as asserted against her for lack of personal jurisdiction.
