In satisfaction of a four-count indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, admitting that she had sold heroin on the dates charged. Consistent with the plea agreement, County Court sentenced defendant, as an admitted second felony offender, to concurrent prison terms of three years for each conviction, to be followed by three years of postrelease supervision...
