Defendant's challenge to the validity of his guilty plea is unpreserved (see People v Conceicao, 26 N.Y.3d 375, 381 [2015]), and we decline to review it in the interest of justice. As an alternative holding, we find that defendant knowingly, intelligently, and voluntarily pleaded guilty, after fully waiving his rights under Boykin v Alabama (395 U.S. 238 [1969]).
