On December 3, 2012, the defendant pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony, and other crimes. The plea was entered in exchange for a promise that, upon completion of a Treatment Alternatives for Safer Communities (hereinafter TASC) program, the defendant would be sentenced to "no jail [time]." Otherwise, he would be incarcerated for one year followed by one year of postrelease...
