Ordered that the order, insofar as appealed from, is reversed, without costs, the branches of plaintiff's motion seeking summary judgment awarding her the principal sum of $5,100 on her cause of action for unpaid rent and to dismiss defendants' second and third counterclaims are granted, and the branch of plaintiff's motion seeking summary judgment awarding her $3,000 in attorney's fees is granted on the issue of liability...
