In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for architectural malpractice, the defendant Michael T. Cetera appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Schmidt, J.), dated October 28, 2014, which denied his motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) to dismiss the amended complaint insofar as asserted against him as time-barred under CPLR 214 (6).

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
