(hereinafter NYOH) in March 2007 and opened the nearby medical practice Upstate Hematology Oncology, PLLC (hereinafter UHO) in April 2007, litigation ensued regarding, among other things, noncompetition agreements, contractual obligations and alleged gender discrimination.
