On September 20, 2006 and October 17, 2006, the plaintiffs and defendants allegedly entered into contracts under which the plaintiffs would hold a Celtic-theme festival in the Spring of 2007 at defendants' restaurant and golf course, located on Route 9H, Town of Ghent, Columbia County.
