In full satisfaction of a three-count indictment, defendant pleaded guilty to the crime of robbery in the second degree. As part of the negotiated plea agreement, defendant waived her right to appeal and was sentenced to a term of imprisonment of four years, to be followed by five years of postrelease supervision.
