Placide which was to "restore" the plaintiff's action to "active" status is dismissed on the ground that the nonparty appellant was not aggrieved by that portion of the order (see CPLR 5511; cf. Antar v Antar, 247 A.D.2d 563 [1998]); and it is further,

Ordered that the order is reversed...
