Plaintiff, Linda Sue Newman, treated with defendant, Igor Gerzon, D.D.S., from November 28, 1998 through June 11, 2006. During the course of plaintiffs treatment, Dr. Gerzon, performed crowns for teeth numbers 2 through 15. Dr. Gerzon made laminate/veneers for lower teeth numbers 20 through 31 and later replaced the veneers at teeth numbers 20, 21 and 28 with crowns.
