Plaintiff Joseph Zgrodek (hereinafter plaintiff) and his spouse, derivatively, commenced this action alleging that plaintiff suffered various serious injuries as a result of a motor vehicle accident in which defendant's vehicle ran into the rear of plaintiff's vehicle.
