Petitioners and respondent entered into a collective bargaining agreement (hereinafter CBA) for the benefit of petitioners' employees and respondent's members. Joanne Peters was a member of respondent by virtue of her employment as a teacher for petitioner Union-Endicott Central School District. In or about December 2006, petitioners began to investigate allegations that Peters was stealing school property and materials and selling same on the Internet....
